Depending upon several factors , our professional fees
for an executive search assignment ranges from 8.33% to 20% of the
gross annual compensation of the candidate / executive referred by
us. Out of pocket expenses are extra. In order to avoid confusion
and future problems, we prefer signing an agreement with the
prospective employer.
For all
senior-level positions , we undertake to conduct preliminary
interview of a few executives shortlisted by you and submit to
you our " Interview Assessment Reports " for all candidates
interviewed , by us along with our recommendations . . . . Depending
upon your needs , we can also undertake
Antecedent checking of shortlisted candidates.
Salary-negotiations. Drafting of
Appointment - letter . For junior
positions , we could consider making available to you any no. of
suitable resumes (only where the concerned executive is interested in
your job opening ) on payment of lump - sum fees. |
